Fitz and Floyd Adam and Eve Cookie Jar

I am trying to locate an Adam and Eve cookie jar by Fitz and Floyd. It is shown on page 165 in the collector's ency. of cookie jars, volume two by Fred and Joyce Roe rig. Must be in mint to near mint condition.
